Swing Mechanics Clinic Fall 2025
Registration is now open for our upcoming Softball Swing Mechanics Group Sessions—designed to help players improve their swing with a clear, focused breakdown of movement from hands to feet.
Each session will address the most common mistakes, offer practical corrections, and equip athletes with drills they can take home and continue to build on. The first half of the program will focus on upper body mechanics, while the second half will shift to the lower body.
A softball swing has hundreds of moving parts, and these sessions are designed to help athletes recognize, control, and strengthen those movements over time.
This clinic is for players who are registering to play with Nose Creek Softball for the 2026 season.

She’s a former Adrenaline coach and has spent the last 5 years specializing in private hitting instruction for players aged 9-17.
Coach Michelle Le
A Calgary native and multi-sport athlete, Michelle is a 10-year veteran of Alberta’s provincial netball team and brings over 10 years of youth coaching experience from U12 to U18 levels.
