We are part of the Calgary Minor Softball Associations District 7-Nose Creek. This is a very large district taking in approximately 30 communities north of the Bow River, West of Deerfoot Trail, and East of 14th Street. A list of communities included in our district can be found here. We became an official association June of 2006. We have grown a lot in the last few years and consist of a ten member Board of Directors. All of our bylaws, association rules and meetings are open to the membership. This is a total non-profit society run entirely by dedicated volunteers. Our volunteers have been involved with fastpitch/softball/baseball at all levels within the City of Calgary for many years. Our primary objective is to provide a fun, safe, educational youth softball program with emphasis on team work, and skill development. We provide softball programs for girls and boys, aged 4 through 18. We offer a variety of softball activities starting as early as January each year and running as late as July. The actual season runs April through to June each year. Last year we had over 225 athletes registered with Nosecreek Softball, and we are constantly looking to improve and expand on these numbers. As we are a volunteer based organization, we are always looking for new volunteers in all different areas.
