Any withdrawals after payment is received will be refunded at 75% of the total fee paid. No refunds will be provided after the first session. If sessions are cancelled due to new COVID-19 restrictions, a partial refund will only be provided if Nose Creek receives a refund from the facility.
Please Note: Nose Creek Softball will follow the guidelines and recommendations regarding COVID-19 set forth by the Government of Alberta, Alberta Health Services, municipalities and/or facilities attended, as well as Softball Alberta and Calgary Minor Softball Association. These may change at any time due to the evolving nature of the pandemic. According to Alberta Health Services’ guidelines as of December 16, 2021, Nose Creek Softball recommends, but does not require, COVID-19 vaccinations for players, coaches, and volunteers who interact with players participating in outdoor activities.
