GAME RULES Each game will be at least one inning, with each team and all players batting at least once. Each team's coaches and parent volunteers will be responsible for maintaining the field and bases, as well as guiding your team through the tournament schedule. Please arrive at 9:15 a.m. to assist with setting up bases and equipment. All games should start at 9:30 am sharp. Each team will be responsible for bringing their equipment bag, which should include bats, balls, helmets, and tees. INDIVIDUAL TEAM MEDAL CEREMONIES After the round-robin tournament, each coach will hold a small medal ceremony to award every player a tournament medal and present them with a small gift bag. As each player receives their medal, please take a moment to congratulate them on their efforts throughout the season. BOUNCY CASTLE & SNACKS A bouncy castle and snacks will be provided for players to enjoy between games. Please inform parents that they must not leave their child unattended at any time during the tournament.
